Snow and Ice Alert Service Information
Your safety is very important to us. When inclement weather hits, we take precautions like adding snow tires, increasing the time we allow to get you to the airport, and offering alternative pick-up locations when roads become impassable or unsafe. Check back here often for service updates that may affect your booking.
Adding Time to Trips
When weather threatens to cause service delays, we add extra time for your driver to get you to the airport. You may get to the airport earlier than normal, in some cases, but we take all precautions in order to get you to the airport 120 minutes before your flight, as the TSA recommends.
Please note, we are not responsible for service delays caused by circumstances out of our control, including but not limited to: severe weather, heavy traffic, major accidents, and traffic-disrupting events. If you feel you missed your flight because of our service, submit receipts for costs you incurred within 30 days to Shuttle Express, 800 SW 16th St., Renton, WA 98057. Upon management review and validation, we will issue a refund of our service fee and up to $100 per reservation.
We build our trips in advance to ensure we get you to the airport on time, so it’s important to book in advance. If you book your trip within 24-hours of your pick-up time, our missed flight refund policy does not apply.
Alternate Pick-Up/Drop-off Locations
During bad weather, we may limit our pick-up/drop-off locations to these scheduled options. In most cases, you cannot park your car and leave it, so it’s important to check with the hotel first if you’re planning to park and leave your car. If the hotel allows you to park on their property, they need to have your vehicle information.
To Sea-Tac Airport: Pre-booked rides to the airport are required! Pick-up time from each scheduled service hotel will vary. We will provide you with your pick-up time when you book your ride.
