COVID-19 Notice and Disclaimer to Clients
On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a global pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic has had an unexpected and profound impact on all of our daily lives and our businesses. COVID-19 has changed a lot about how we at Shuttle Express / SEA Black Car is doing business and how we interact with clients.
While much uncertainty and apprehension around COVID-19 remains, we know that COVID-19 is extremely contagious, and it is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. It may also spread by touching a surface or object with the virus on it, then touching your mouth, nose, or eyes. Some evidence suggests that COVID-19 can live on particular surfaces for several days.
At Shuttle Express / SEA Black Car, we have implemented various preventive measures to reduce the risk of the spread of COVID-19 among our clients, chauffeurs, and office staff. However, we do not guarantee or warrant against the risk of infection.

Employees working in or around our office and physically interacting with clients are directed to adhere to specific general hygiene and social distancing requirements. We have also developed a process for screening our employees for COVID-19 symptoms and exposure.
Our employees and chauffeurs will wear masks and disposable gloves while inside our vehicles and while interacting with clients. We have implemented a check-in process for our chauffeurs and office staff. We are restricting access to our office, and any employees or visitors entering our office must wear masks.
