The health pandemic and government restrictions regarding social distancing hinder our ability to operate share-ride at this time. However, SEA Black Car by Shuttle Express can serve all of your transportation needs with private service. One of our professional chauffeurs will pick you up in a clean and disinfected vehicle in line with CDC guidelines for your safety and well-being. Please book on our website or through our APP. Online Booking Help

  • Share Ride rates are per party, based on your zip code, reservation required.
  • Scheduled service rates are per person, reservation required.
  • Private service rates are per vehicle, based on zip code for airport service and hours booked for non-airport service.

Due to new SEATAC regulations, a Shared Ride from SeaTac Airport is only allowed when there are more than one party traveling in the same direction at the same time. Single parties can only use private transportation and we are not allowed to upgrade you to private service at time of travel. We are required to make you wait for others going in your same direction, resulting in extended wait times at the airport, primarily in the late evening hours beginning at 8:00 PM going south and 10:00 PM going north. The airport is monitoring us closely and issuing fines and tickets if we do not abide by these new restrictions. Departing SeaTac, Shared Rides are limited to 5 guests maximum including children. Larger parties can be accommodated by booking a private 10 passenger vehicle or larger.

* Up to 2 bags per person only, this includes carry-on. Additional bags can be accommodated by adding another guest for $9 to your party.

For Share-Ride, children two and under are free. One child under two per paying adult. Child seats are not provided however you are welcome to bring your own.

Share Ride, Private Van, Sedan, and Limo Services

 In the event you need to cancel we have options for you:

  1. We are happy to extend your reservations out to a later date and when you know your new travel plans we can easily adjust to your new schedule
  2. We are happy to provide Vouchers for your future transportation needs in place of a refund
  3. We will cancel your fare and refund back to your credit card on file

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before confirmed pick-up date and time will be refunded 100%.
Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 100% cancellation charge.

If you booked online, go to Online Reservations and choose the Confirm or Cancel button, then follow the prompts. You can also call our Guest Service Center at 425-981-7000 or email guestservices@shuttleexpress.com. Please reference your confirmation number.  For Share ride and black car reservations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before confirmed pick-up date and time will be refunded 100%.  Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 100% cancellation charge due to your reservation being assigned in advance to travel.

All no show will be billed full fare.
