At Barrel Wine Tours powered by Shuttle Express, we believe that an afternoon of wine tasting should be relaxing, entertaining, educational and memorable.
Our quality-driven, all-inclusive wine excursions introduce guests to Woodinville Wine Country, located just 30 minutes from Seattle and home to nearly 100 wineries and tasting rooms. From the grand Chateau to the tiniest micro-winery, you will experience the quality and diversity of the great wines of Washington.
The Boutique Wineries of Washington - Public Tour
Some of the best wines in Washington are made by the boutique winery. Join us for an inside look at what it takes to make some of the most highly sought-after boutique wines.
As a guest, you will enjoy:
- Visits to three to four Boutique wineries
- Four to six different wines at each winery
- Meeting the winemakers! Our tours are authentic and educational. Tour the cellars and sample wine straight from the barrel.
- A gourmet, multi-course wine-paired lunch or dinner.
(Most dietary restrictions can be catered to for no additional charge when notified when booking.) - A knowledgeable and entertaining wine guide.

- October 1 - May 14, most Saturdays, 10:30 am - 4:30 pm.
- May 15 - September 30, Thur-Fri-Sat, 1:30 pm - 6 pm.

Private Tours - We Take Care of the Details!
Let us plan your next corporate or personal group outing! Barrel Wine Tours proudly offers private guided wine experiences for groups of 8-54 people. Whether you’re looking for an afternoon of wine tasting, an elegant lunch or dinner at a winery, or even a workshop where your guests can blend and bottle their own wine - we will make it happen. We handle the details, including planning, transportation and execution so that you and your guests can simply relax and enjoy yourselves. What a great alternative to that stuffy conference center and dinner at a restaurant!
Private tours can be book any day of the week, with transportation pick-up/drop-off location of your choice.

Private Charters - Transportation Only
If you are looking for transportation only, you can book a town car, limo, private van or private coach just for your group.
- Unguided charters are available as an hourly service.
- We'll pick you up where and when you'd like.
- Choose from well-appointed coaches (up to 36 guests), luxury limos and luxury 6-passenger coaches. If you'd like a town car or a standard van, we can do that, too.
- Charters include transportation only - if you'd like lunch and tasting fees included, we offer private Barrel Wine Tours for groups of up to 54 guests.

If Plans Change
Barrel Wine Tours: If your plans change and you must cancel your public or private tour reservation, please call us at 425-273-5156 at least four days in advance for a 100% refund. If you cancel within 48-72 hours of your tour, we will refund 50%. We're sorry, but no-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of tour start time cannot be granted a refund.
Charter Transportation Only: If you cancel your private charter reservation, please call us at 425-981-7000 at least three days in advance for a 100% refund. If you cancel within 48-72 hours of your charter, we will refund, less a $20 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of the start of charter, or you are a no show, no refund is given.
