- Our Limousine Operations Manager performs a National Safety Council One-to-One driving check ride with every driving applicant to ensure safe, smooth, and courteous driving habits before considering and accepting any chauffeurs applying to drive for us.
- Every Town Car and Limousine which carries Shuttle Express guests has a Drive-Cam, which records any unsafe driving events. We monitor a chauffeur's driving performance and address any concerns immediately.
- Every chauffeur carries a current DOT Medical Card - indicating a doctor's certification that they are medically fit to drive passengers on a for-hire basis.
- All our chauffeurs participate in a current, random drug testing program, in addition to an initial drug test.
