Shuttle Express serves all hotels with our Share Ride and/or our exclusive services.
Scheduled Service
We offer a discounted rate to dozens of our partner hotels with our 24-hour Scheduled Service.
- Vans service these select hotels once per hour.
- Reservations are required.
- Children 12 or younger ride free when accompanied by a paying adult.
- Roundtrip discounts don't apply to these already discounted rates.
Exclusive Service-only Hotels We serve the following hotels with exclusive service only (town cars, limos, exclusive 10-passenger vans, 6-passenger luxury vans, limos and minicoaches):
- Seattle: Westin, Hilton, Sheraton, Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza, Madison Renaissance, Warwick and the Fairmont Olympic
- Tacoma: Hotel Murano, Best Western (Tacoma Dome), LaQuinta Inn, Red Lion Hotel, Lakewood Motor Inn

How to find us at SeaTac Airport
To use our service from the airport, cross skybridge 3 or 4 to the airport parking garage then go down to the 3rd floor. Shuttle Express Check-in is located between the orange and purple elevator banks. You'll see our check-in kiosks at the curb, just beyond the glass partition. Check in at our self-serve kiosk with your advanced reservation, or check in with our airport coordinators. While advanced reservations are highly recommended, if you don't have one, that's ok!
Our coordinators, wearing red jackets or vests, are available to assist you between 7:00 a.m.and 2:00 a.m. If you arrive between the hours of 2:00 a.m.- 7:00 a.m., use the courtesy phone at the curb that rings directly into our reservations office. An agent will take your information and dispatch your van. Just have a seat in front of the glass windscreens and your driver will arrive shortly.
